AccentCare seeks a Registered Nurse Director for Inpatient Center Operations in our hospice program. This leader oversees daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient care quality in a biotechnology and pharmaceutical-aligned environment. The Director ensures regulatory compliance, manages budgets and resources, and drives quality improvement initiatives. Partnering with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams, this role supports safe medication use, symptom management, and care coordination.
