As an LPN Unit Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing care provided to our residents. Your leadership will be critical in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting your team's growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:
Patient Monitoring:

Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to ensure the best care.

Collaboration:

Work with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans for each patient.

Procedures & Documentation:

Perform routine nursing procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient charts.

Medication & Treatment Administration:

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

Leadership & Support:

Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a qualified professional with the following qualifications: Active LPN License in the State of Georgia.

Experience:

At least 3 years of prior experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting.

Leadership:

Proven ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
