Yes, all expenses covered! Clinical Resources is seeking an experienced Register Nurse (RN) to step into an Interim Supervisor role at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility near the Valdosta, GA area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a dedicated RN looking to make an impact in Long-Term Care (LTC).

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and supervise nursing staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations and quality care. Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, focusing on residents' health and well-being. Ensure quality care standards are met and provide guidance to staff on best practices. Manage patient assessments, care plans, and treatment plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Handle day-to-day nursing operations in the facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact License) required. Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Skilled Nursing preferred. Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts) Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
