Manager Salary:

$125,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•The Nurse Manager provides leadership and oversight for nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This individual will support staff development, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units. Ensure all patient care activities are completed in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Assign and manage nursing personnel to meet patient care needs. Collaborate with leadership to identify staff development and training opportunities. Support quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goals. Serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff. Promote a positive, patient-focused culture and celebrate patient successes throughout the rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required within one year of hire. CRRN certification required within one year of eligibility. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred. Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including recent inpatient hospital experience. Prior leadership experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, supervisor, or similar role. Proven ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and drive positive patient and operational outcomes. Preferred Experience Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or hospital-based nursing leadership experience. Strong team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
