Description We are seeking a Weekend Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team. This position is designed to offer full-time compensation and benefits for working two 16-hour shifts each weekend. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure high standards of patient care are consistently met. This role is ideal for a compassionate and confident RN with strong leadership skills who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise weekend nursing staff, ensuring smooth and efficient unit operations Serve as a clinical resource, providing direct patient care and support as needed Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Respond to emergencies, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and families Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Foster a positive team environment and promote high-quality, patient-centered care Why Join Us?
