About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Nurse Manager to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center team. The Nurse Manager will provide leadership and oversight for daily nursing operations while ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for a nurse leader who enjoys a fast-paced surgical environment, takes pride in developing staff, and is committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The Nurse Manager will work closely with physicians, CRNAs/anesthesia providers, nurses, surgical technicians, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure the center operates smoothly and provides an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience , preferably in ambulatory surgery. Experience preparing for and participating in AAAHC accreditation surveys Current BLS and ACLS certification required. Strong knowledge of surgical nursing, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
