Ensure the highest standards and quality of patient care are maintained, often by enforcing evidence-based practices and nursing standards Serving as a crucial communication link between the bedside nursing staff and upper hospital administration/leadership Addressing and resolving escalated issues, complaints, or concerns from patients and their familiesRegistered Nurse Manager Qualifications:
Must have an Idaho State or Compact Nursing license or be eligible to obtain one Must have or be eligible to obtain a BLS or ACLS certification Must have a Bachelor's in Nursing or a related field Must have at least 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of recent experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting Must have previous management or supervisory experience Surrounding location andCommunity:
