• 1800 On-call schedule What you will do: As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit.

You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

What you will need:

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Illinois. BLS
• Basic Life Support (CPR and AED)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• American Heart Association (AHA) Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
