Summary Job Description:
Seeking Surgical Services Supervisor!
Full-Time, 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, No call Baptist Health FloydSouthern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky areaThe clinical supervisor functions as an extension of the Manager and/or Director by developing and monitoring staff practice for consistency with policies, procedures and standards of practice.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- CNOR certification, within 12 months of hire
- BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- Two (2) years of clinical/hospital setting with at least one (1) year of experience in surgical care setting
