RN or LPN Charge Nurse- PRN Night Shift

Nurse RN/LPN We are excited to add a Nurse RN/LPN to our dedicated team. As the Nurse RN/LPN you will enjoy using a wide variety of nursing skills and work with a team that has your back and is focused on care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility policies and regulations. Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications:
