Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements Direct patient care service leadership experienceJob Duties:
Review Coordination Notes Handle DME Orders Take Orders Labs and Lab tracking Answer phones and Clinical questions from patients and Staff Maintaining Supply Inventory Scheduling visits for cliniciansFull-Time Benefits:
