Acute care hospital Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license required BLS and ACLS certifications required 5+ years of nursing supervisor or house supervisor experience, including Charge Nurse responsibilities in an acute care setting Proven leadership experience in hospital nursing or clinical supervision Nursing degree required; diploma or ASN accepted, BSN preferred Ability to oversee care for patients ranging from infancy through geriatrics Strong clinical judgment, communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units and hospital departments Provide clinical direction and serve as a role model for nursing staff Evaluate care delivered by nursing personnel and support high standards of practice Make appropriate staffing decisions to support high-quality, efficient patient care Act as the on-site representative for operational and administrative coordination during assigned shifts Collaborate with Clinical Managers and Nursing Leadership to support smooth hospital operations Promote interdisciplinary communication, cooperation, and a positive patient and staff experience Support team development and contribute to the goals of the Nursing Division for this Travel Registered Nurse Supervisor opportunity in Brockton, Massachusetts, and join a healthcare team committed to excellence in patient care. -GHR Healthcare #planethot
