Job Description

Duties:
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing staff and patient care in a healthcare setting
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
  • Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Valid nursing license in the state of employment
  • Proven experience as a nursing supervisor or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with occupational health and family planning services is a plus
