In this role, you will: Oversee patient care operations and ensure clinical excellence. Serve as a trusted liaison between field nurses, physicians, and community partners. Coach, mentor and manage nursing staff, creating a strong and supportive team culture. Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions that improve care delivery.
