We are seeking a compassionate, experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. If you are a motivated nurse leader with strong clinical and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit. Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs). Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies. Coordinate and communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Conduct assessments, care planning, and quality assurance initiatives. Provide staff education and mentorship to promote professional growth. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a positive team environment. Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
