Bear Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation a long-term care facility in Stoneham MA is seeking a full-time Sub Acute Unit Manager to join its compassionate team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete all necessary reports as required by the Director of Nursing. Report any problems that arise to the Director of Nursing and aide in developing/implementing a proper care plan. Provide direct care as needed. Review nurse's notes to make sure proper documentation is maintained related to treatment. Make rounds with physicians as needed and ensure proper records are maintained. Supervise the staff on unit to ensure proper delivery of care. Make sure all physicians are informed of changes in resident's condition and follow orders as directed. Assist nursing staff with the admission process and review that all assessments are complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
MA RN / LPN
license 3 years LTC experience 2 Years Unit Manager experience
