LPN Unit Manager Fayette Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable and experienced LPN Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit. The Unit Manager will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff while ensuring residents receive safe, quality, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit Supervise, support, and provide direction to nursing staff Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies Complete and oversee accurate clinical documentation Monitor changes in residents' conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up Participate in care planning and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Assist with staff education, training, and performance management Monitor infection prevention, quality measures, and regulatory compliance Address clinical concerns and help resolve resident and family concerns Assist with maintaining appropriate staffing and workflow on the unit Promote a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Perform other nursing and leadership duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Current, active Maryland LPN license Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, coach, and work effectively with nursing staff Knowledge of nursing standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements Commitment to providing high-quality resident care This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in resident care.
