We are seeking a Daytime RN Unit Manager to join our team at Lorien Bulle Rock , a modern, high-quality skilled nursing community in Havre de Grace, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about long-term care, team leadership, and clinical excellence .

$90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience) Role Overview The RN Unit Manager provides clinical leadership and daily oversight of a nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care. This role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes, support staff development, and maintain regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing unit within a skilled nursing / long-term care setting Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with clinical standards and regulations Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans Monitor clinical outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and survey readiness Support staffing needs, scheduling, and team engagement initiatives Foster a positive, professional work environment focused on quality and compassion Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and support a collaborative care environment Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary based on experience 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick leave (rollover eligible) 6 Personal Days and 7 Paid Holidays CareFirst Medical Benefits Package Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Tuition Assistance and RN Loan Repayment Programs 401(k) with 50% employer match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Same Day Pay available Additional Perks Employee discounts Rewards and recognition programs Professional development and career advancement opportunities Attendance and referral bonus programs About Lorien Bulle Rock Lorien Bulle Rock is one of the newest communities in the Lorien family, located in Havre de Grace, Maryland, near Elkton and the Delaware border .
