$90,000 - $100,000 annually (based on experience) Role Overview The RN Unit Manager provides clinical leadership and daily oversight of a nursing unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care. This role partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes, support staff development, and maintain regulatory compliance.
