Required qualifications:

Nurse Manager Emergency Department Our Client's leadership team consists of (2) Assistant Nurse Managers, Reporting to the Director, a Lead Emergency Room Technician and (2) Educators. The manger will oversee approximately 98 FTEs. Lead and coordinate 24/7 Emergency Department operations. Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Monitor quality, safety, staffing, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

Nurse Manager Emergency Department Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligibility to obtain one). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 3-5 years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership skills preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.

Pay:

Up to $150,000.00 per year
