Required for emergencies/weekends Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Manager to oversee daily OR operations, staff, scheduling, compliance, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in a surgical/operating room environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, hire, train, and support nurses, surgical techs, and other OR staff. Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and optimize OR workflow. Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards. Provide leadership and support to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Operating Room Manager experience - REQUIRED Active Michigan RN License at the time of submission. BLS certification (AHA) Strong OR leadership and management experience. Important Assignment Details 40 hours guaranteed per week. Day shift, 8 hours per day. Weekend call requirements. On-call availability required for emergencies. Michigan license must be active at the time of submission. #
