Lead Clinical Excellence Oversee all clinical operations within the Assisted Living and Memory Care community Conduct resident assessments and ensure individualized care plans remain current and accurate Oversee medication management, documentation, and clinical quality initiatives Maintain compliance with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations while ensuring continuous survey readiness Identify opportunities to improve resident outcomes and elevate clinical performance Develop High-Performing Teams Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop licensed and unlicensed staff Foster a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement Conduct competency evaluations and ongoing clinical education Support employee engagement, retention, and professional growth Serve as a resource for clinical problem-solving and leadership development Strengthen Relationships Build trusted relationships with residents and families Partner closely with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, hospitals, case managers, and outside providers Support admissions and ensure smooth resident transitions into the community Help families feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their loved ones receive What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Three or more years of nursing experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, or a related healthcare setting Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong understanding of clinical operations and Minnesota regulatory requirements Experience utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational abilities with exceptional clinical judgment Who Thrives Here?
