Registered Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management & Co-Occurring Programs We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team within our behavioral health facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As Nurse Manager, you will oversee daily nursing operations, scheduling, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes quality outcomes and staff development. Registered Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management & Co-Occurring Programs Duties Provide leadership and supervision for nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures aligned with state healthcare regulations and best practices. Oversee patient assessments, medical documentation, and care planning to ensure comprehensive treatment delivery. Coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts to optimize patient outcomes across behavioral health and medical services. Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, NCQA
standards, long-term care regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Manage clinical workflows within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as RTasks, Procentive, Clinical AI for accurate documentation. Facilitate staff education on topics including infection control, medication administration, and sterile techniques. Promote a culture of safety by monitoring vital signs, infection control protocols, and medical equipment maintenance. Registered Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management & Co-Occurring Programs Requirements Valid registered nursing license with current state licensure; experience in psychiatric or behavioral health, withdrawal management preferred. Demonstrated management experience supervising nursing teams within long-term care or acute care environments. Extensive clinical background including patient assessment/admit, medication administration. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and other electronic health record (EHR) systems such as RTasks, Procentive, Clinical AI Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, state healthcare laws, to ensure compliance. 245G & 245F knowledge and compliance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care. Ability to travel to several locations in the southwest & northwest metro suburbs.
