Psych RN Supervisor Job Details:

Provide clinical guidance and support to other nurses and direct-care staff. Assist with coordinating nursing workflow and ensuring resident needs are addressed. Support new RN orientation and training. Reinforce medication administration, documentation, and nursing standards. Assist with identifying and escalating clinical or safety concerns. Promote communication between nursing, providers, clinical staff, and leadership. Help ensure nursing documentation and medication processes are completed accurately and timely. Serve as a positive role model and promote teamwork within the residential environment. Psych RN /

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Active Minnesota RN license required. Behavioral health, psychiatric, adolescent, young adult, or residential experience strongly preferred. Previous charge, lead, or supervisory nursing experience preferred for the Lead RN component. Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with electronic health records, email, Microsoft Office, Teams, and electronic documentation.
