Company Overview Missouri Ozarks Community Health is a community health center dedicated to providing quality healthcare to individuals in Ava, Gainesville, Mansfield, Mountain Grove, Theodosia Cabool, and Houston. Summary We are currently seeking a full-time RN Clinic Lead to join our nursing team and float between our Cabool and Houston clinics. The successful candidate will help to coordinate day-to-day medical clinic operations, including clinical support, schedules, specialty referrals, medication administration, and management of clinical nursing staff to ensure the highest degree of satisfaction and exceptional delivery of patient care. We offer the option of a 4- or 5-day work week for flexibility. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to think independently, and act decisively when needed. Candidates must hold current licensure, have a solid understanding of medical procedures, and the ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards. A willingness to travel to other clinic locations is required. Responsibilities Work along side staff in direct patient care. Oversee adherence to CLIA and OSHA regulations. Serve as main point of contact for the clinic. Work with team leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and communication within the clinic. Manage scheduling, participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary action of nursing staff. Planning, developing, and organizing various nurse trainings, meetings, and service activities for the medical clinic. Guide staff participation in continuing quality improvement processes. Oversee proper inventory control. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri. Proven experience in clinical nursing. A minimum of 2 years direct supervision experience. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care. Demonstrated skills in phlebotomy and medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Organization skills, time management, professional demeanor, and positive attitude a must. CPR (BLS) certification preferred. Candidates must pass a drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin.
