Job Description
Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City seeks a Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees nursing staff, patient flow, and daily unit activities to ensure safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. The Nurse Manager drives quality and patient-safety initiatives, manages budgets and staffing plans, and supports regulatory compliance. You will mentor and develop nurses, foster teamwork and innovation, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and advance our mission of exceptional community-focused care.
