What You'll Do:

Lead and support the nursing team with confidence and compassion Assess patient conditions and respond with timely, appropriate care Administer medications and treatments in line with physician orders Keep detailed, accurate patient records and progress notes Communicate and collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams Provide education and comfort to patients and their families Ensure a safe, clean, and calm overnight environment

What You Bring:

Current RN or LPN license (required) Prior experience in a leadership or Charge Nurse role preferred Solid understanding of clinical procedures and nursing protocols Familiarity with Matrix EMR systems Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities A heart for care and a head for leadership Ready to lead with purpose and make a difference? and be part of a team that values your expertise and dedication.

Pay:

$27.00 - $36.00 per hour
