Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating patient care, overseeing performance, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has a BSN, RN license, 2-5 years of experience (preferably with some supervisory experience), and is capable of handling operational and clinical tasks.
