Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, developing staffing and budget plans, overseeing equipment and operations, and conducting performance evaluations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license, and 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred experience of 5-10 years and supervisory roles.
