Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
This leadership position involves overseeing patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and handling administrative duties within a renowned pediatric hospital. The role includes direct supervision, staff development, and participation in budgeting and operational planning. Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of team members. Ensure staffing levels meet departmental goals, oversee staff productivity, and manage work schedules, including overtime and payroll. Coordinate and deliver patient care aligned with age and developmental needs, documenting interventions accurately. Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments. Participate in staffing, budget management, and responding to operational changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. RN license required. 2-5 years of experience with some supervisory experience; advanced roles prefer 5-10 years and previous leadership roles.
Key Duties:
Manage staff hiring, training, performance reviews, and professional development. Oversee patient care delivery and documentation. Handle staffing logistics, payroll, and communication. Support operational and budget goals within the department.
