Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing services during shifts, supervise nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs, administer medications and treatments, complete resident assessments and care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Serve as a central communication link between residents, families, physicians, and leadership. Conduct routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care and resident safety. Document and report changes in resident condition, incidents, and concerns, including suspected abuse or neglect.

Qualifications:

Current RN license, strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and familiarity with state and federal regulations. Experience in skilled nursing or senior living is preferred.
