Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, overseeing equipment maintenance and procurement, and tracking departmental statistics. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring productivity, and supporting operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development. Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial targets. Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring interventions align with patient needs and policies. Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments. Review staff hours, approve payroll, coordinate staff communications, and manage staffing needs and assignments. Conduct performance reviews, recommend improvements, and handle disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred. Licensure as an RN is required. Experience ranges from 2-5 years for supervisory roles; 5-10 years for more advanced positions. Supervisory experience is preferred, with emphasis on leadership, staff management, and operational oversight.
