Job Description

Certified Dietary Manager Job Summary:
SENATOBIA HEALTHCARE AND REHAB
is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the following (at minimum):
  • Daily supervision of dietary services staff at a skilled nursing facility
  • Implementation of the Dietary Guidelines for use in the food service setting
  • Implementation of the Dietary Program and Food Safety Program.
  • Completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) Assessments timely using the Point Click Care operating system
  • Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling staff
  • Ensuring resident tray cards and menus are printed and posted timely
  • Placing food truck orders for weekly delivery
Qualifications:
  • Certification as a dietary manager (CDM) required.
  • ServSafe Certified
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, and vendors.
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
