Job Description
Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking a talented Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor. To serve this mission, you will be delivering quality nursing care while utilizing critical thinking skills according to nursing best practice standards. As an RWHS House Supervisor, you will:
Work with internal units and external facilities to ensure appropriate patient transfers and admissions are achievedAct as a liaison between patients, family members, and health professionals to ensure quality care when neededTake issues of concern to senior administrator on callProvide staff with instructions, advice and guidance when needed You may be a good fit if you have:
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hireAmerican Heart Associations BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within 6 months of hirePALS within one year of hire We look forward to speaking with you. A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
