We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee weekend operations. This role is perfect for a skilled RN who is passionate about memory care, assisted living, values teamwork, and thrives in a leadership role.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support care staff during weekend shifts Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with care plans Perform clinical assessments and respond to changes in condition Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other team members Ensure regulatory and safety standards are consistently met Provide direct nursing care as neededQualifications:
Current RN license in good standing (State of New Hampshire) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; memory care or long-term care preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focusedSchedule:
