Job Description

HOUSE SUPERVISOR
(RN/LPN) Langdon Place of Keene Langdon Place of Keene Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN or LPN House Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight during assigned shifts. This position is responsible for supporting nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and serving as the clinical leader for the facility during off-hours, weekends, and designated shifts. Responsibilities Include:
Providing clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff throughout the facility Ensuring delivery of high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance Serving as the primary nursing leader and resource during assigned shifts Responding to resident, family, and staff concerns Assisting with admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical assessments Supporting staffing coordination and workflow management Monitoring clinical outcomes and addressing resident care issues as they arise Collaborating with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary team members Supporting infection prevention, quality assurance, and survey readiness initiatives Assisting with emergency response and incident management
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and support staff while maintaining a positive work environment
