Weekend Supervisor Schedule & Benefits Schedule:
Part-time , every weekend (Sat. & Sun.) on 7-3p, 3-11p, or 11-7a Work today; Get paid today! Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC) Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator Complete Care at Brick has a dedicated clinical team that creates a warm, family-like environment where residents feel cared for and staff feel valued and supported.
