Belle Mead, New Jersey Overview Bryant Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift House Supervisor opportunity in Belle Mead, New Jersey. This position provides hospital-wide clinical and operational leadership during evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage. The House Supervisor acts as the senior clinical and administrative resource during assigned shifts, supporting safe patient care, effective staffing and patient flow, emergency response, and coordination among clinical departments. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational oversight during assigned evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Supervise staff and support the delivery of safe, effective patient care throughout the organization. Coordinate patient flow, placement, admissions, and continuity of care. Respond to emergency codes, rapid-response events, and other urgent clinical or operational situations. Assume Incident Command responsibilities when appropriate until designated emergency management personnel arrive. Review admission status using established clinical criteria and organizational procedures. Escalate significant incidents, patient concerns, complaints, and operational issues to appropriate leadership. Work closely with nursing leadership, physicians, case management, and other clinical and support departments. Provide staff coaching, mentorship, problem-solving assistance, and guidance regarding policies and procedures. Support quality and performance improvement activities. Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and accreditation requirements. Provide input regarding staff performance and assist with corrective action processes when necessary. Schedule This is a 36-hour-per-week, full-time night-shift position operating on a two-week rotation. Week 1

•12:00 AM Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing or an accredited Nursing Diploma. BSN currently in progress or willingness to complete a BSN within three years; an MSN fulfills this requirement. Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license. At least four years of recent clinical nursing experience. Proven ability to provide leadership and make independent clinical and operational decisions. Working knowledge of professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and accepted clinical practices. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable productivity applications. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in utilization review, case management, or discharge planning. Familiarity with evidence-based criteria used to evaluate patient admissions. Pay:
$99,656.00
•$125,000.00 per year
