The ICU Nurse Manager will:
Assess, plan and evaluate patient care on a 24-hour basis for a specific service line/unit or units.
Will have authority and responsibility for implementing hospital unit standards, policies, and procedures.
Will be accountable for quality and safety, service excellence, staff performance/employee satisfaction and budgetary responsibility within their scope of responsibility.
