The ICU Nurse Manager will: Assess, plan and evaluate patient care on a 24-hour basis for a specific service line/unit or units. Will have authority and responsibility for implementing hospital unit standards, policies, and procedures. Will be accountable for quality and safety, service excellence, staff performance/employee satisfaction and budgetary responsibility within their scope of responsibility.
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive leadership in an acute care setting High level of interpersonal skills to resolve complex problems requiring innovative solutions and the ability to negotiate in sensitive situations BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association National certification or nursing administrative certification within one year in specialty specific to care provided
PALS, ACLS
as required by specialty.
Salary Range:
119,283.00 - 190,791.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
