Job Description

Mother Baby Clinical Coordinator RN Nights Mother-Baby 3AB Saint Peter's is among the few hospitals in the world to have earned its 7th consecutive Magnet® designation and its first Magnet with Distinction designation. Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team. The Mother Baby Clinical Coordinator RN Nights will: Provide coordination of resources and activities. Interact with all Hospital Departments to initiate, coordinate and maintain optimum patient care as appropriate to the ages of the patient's growth and development through the life cycle factors (Adults, Geriatrics). Actively promote customer satisfaction as well as a positive work environment. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care activities consider growth and development factors appropriate to the age (Adults, Newborn, Children, Geriatrics) in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. Report any significant changes in the condition of the Unit, any incidents and/or personnel problems. Maintain knowledge of and is responsible for Nursing Quality Improvement activities on assigned shift.
Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey BSN Preferred Minimum of three (3) years of experience in specialty preferred BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part II obtained during clinical orientation
Salary Range:
47.28 - 75.64 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
