Job Description

Excelcare at Norwood is seeking an RN Unit Manager that is a clinical leader who sets the tone for exceptional resident care. This role drives quality outcomes by leading and mentoring nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong clinical standards on the unit. The RN Unit Manager is hands on, proactive, and deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for residents, families, and the care team. Located in

RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:
Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit. Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance. Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes. Communicates condition changes to physicians and families. Conducts daily rounds to monitor safety and care standards. Provides clinical support including medication administration when needed.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. 2-3 years of long term care nursing required. Strong critical thinking skills and effective problem solving abilities.
