Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Manager for the Quality Touch Community Care team to lead and enhance the delivery of exceptional senior and community care services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee care operations, ensure compliance with health regulations, and promote resident-centered practices across multiple care settings. The Program Manager will drive quality improvement initiatives, manage care teams, and foster a compassionate environment that prioritizes residents' rights and well-being. Duties Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of personalized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and developmental disabilities. Supervise and support care facility teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel, ensuring high standards of resident care and staff performance. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulation policies related to long-term care, assisted living, nursing home administration, and disability services. Oversee operational aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and healthcare financial oversight to ensure sustainable facility operations. Promote resident rights by fostering a respectful environment that emphasizes dignity, autonomy, and personalized attention in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Coordinate training programs on medication administration, dementia care techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory updates for staff development. Manage communication with families and external agencies to support residents' needs within community-based home & community care frameworks. Skills Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a strong understanding of long-term care regulations. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in residential or healthcare settings. Deep knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management strategies, memory care practices, and resident's rights advocacy. Proficiency in developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs across various populations including assisted living residents and those with developmental disabilities. Strong operational acumen with expertise in budgeting, financial management, healthcare financial oversight, and resource allocation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, scheduling and communication purposes. Experience working within regulated environments such as nursing homes or group homes; knowledge of health regulation policies is essential. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a positive team culture focused on quality improvement.
