Job Description

Will be responsible for direction of resident care in the skilled nursing setting. Manages licensed personnel. Consults with staff, physicians, and management team on nursing problems and interpretation of Nursing Facility policies to ensure resident needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department, participates in QAPI activities and assists in formulating a budget. Must have a current LPN license in the State of NY and a current BCLS certification. Must have 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of geriatric care nursing. Current certification in gerontological nursing is preferred.
Salary:
$37.00 per hour
