Responsibilities:
What You'll Do as Registered Nurse (RN)- Nursing Supervisor Clinical Leadership Supervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned units Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changes Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery Staff Support & Operations Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments Provide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staff Ensure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriately Participate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updates Promote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environment Quality & Compliance Help maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulations Support infection prevention and facility safety initiatives Assist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readiness Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts
