Additional shifts may be available as schedule allows. We are a family-owned assisted living community serving the Greece area since 1974 , offering Traditional Assisted Living, Memory Care, Enhanced Assisted Living, and Social Model Adult Day Care.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising of all Resident Care staff Processing physician orders, assisting with filing and paperwork as needed Blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration Monitoring residents for changes in condition and assessing residents needs Ensuring quality care and compliance with NYS regulations Maintains documentation of residents' charts Interacts and communicates to residents' family members, physician, and various medical personnel as needed Maintains and enforces HIPAA compliance at all times Assist with staffing coordination by managing call-ins and helping ensure adequate shift coverage. In collaboration with the GrandeVille Management team, the LPN Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction and supervision of all direct care carried out by staff.

Qualifications:
