$92, 000-$97, 000/year Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities We're looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to join a long-term care team in Rochester. What You'll Do

Oversee nursing operations during the night shift
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Respond to resident emergencies and changes in condition
Conduct clinical rounds and ensure quality standards
Collaborate with the DON/ADON and communicate with residents and families Requirements
Active NYS RN license
2+ years of long-term care experience
1+ year of nursing leadership/management experience
Current CPR certification
