Senior Living community north of Albany, New York near Saratoga Springs, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader for their Health & Wellness Director role. This community addresses the enhanced needs of seniors requiring Assisted Living and Memory Care services. The provider is stable and has regional clinical leaders to have your back in times of need. The property is well maintained, with a team that is eager for the mentoring and oversite of a confident clinical leader. As a Health & Wellness Director here, you will manage all aspects of healthcare provided to your senior residents, as well as oversee and manage all of the care team. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between offering encouraging/ uplifting support of your team, and holding the individuals on the team accountable for meeting standards of care required by the provider and the regulations from state and federal oversight. As HWD here, you'll build relationships with senior residents and their loved ones. You'll be an integral part of the lives of everyone in the community.
