Job Summary Harmony Psychiatric Services is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing practice in Athens, Ohio, as a Clinical Coordinator for Interventional Psychiatry. This is a fully in-person, office-based position with a primary focus on coordinating and providing clinical oversight for innovative, evidence-based psychiatric interventions, including Spravato® (esketamine) therapy and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Primary Responsibilities The PMHNP Clinical Coordinator will play an important role in the delivery and coordination of Harmony's interventional psychiatric services.

Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical coordination and oversight of Spravato (esketamine) treatment and TMS services Evaluate patients for appropriateness and eligibility for interventional psychiatric treatments Complete psychiatric assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Provide psychiatric medication management as clinically indicated Monitor patient response, treatment progress, adverse effects, and safety throughout treatment Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure continuity and quality of care Provide patient education regarding treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and ongoing care Maintain accurate, timely, thorough, and clinically appropriate documentation within the electronic health record Follow established clinical protocols, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary communication Assist with the continued development and improvement of Harmony's interventional psychiatry programs Maintain a consistently professional, dependable, and patient-centered presence within the practice Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Ohio Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Current DEA registration Minimum of one year of experience providing psychiatric medication management Strong psychiatric assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills Highly proficient in clinical documentation, including timely, accurate, detailed, and medically appropriate psychiatric documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple clinical responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and patient safety Demonstrated empathy and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health conditions Strong commitment to building and maintaining effective therapeutic relationships Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent professional attendance Ability to follow established clinical protocols while exercising appropriate independent clinical judgment Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional and ethical standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in interventional psychiatry Experience providing or overseeing Spravato (esketamine) treatment Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Experience working with patients with treatment-resistant depression Familiarity with prior authorization, REMS requirements, or clinical workflows associated with interventional psychiatric treatments Interest in innovative and emerging approaches to psychiatric treatment The Person We're Looking For Clinical knowledge matters, but so does the way our patients and team members are treated.
