RN Scheduling Coordinator (PT/FT)

Hours:
part-time or full-time hours available
  • 3, 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week), night shift or day shift
  • Weekend requirements: Every other weekend. Weekends are Sat/Sun.
  • Holiday requirements: Every other and will receive time and a half.

Role:
This experienced nurse leader will be working onsite at Prolink Headquarters in Norwood, OH. This role was designed to help support one of the health systems our organization partners with in the Eastern Standard Time zone. In your day-to-day responsibilities you will act as an extension of the hospital's current Central Staffing Office operation.
  • no direct reports, or bedside care will be required of this role At Prolink Headquarters you will support this 24/7 call center environment and be responsible for handling any staffing requests and employee call-offs of, including but not limited to RNs and Nurse Assistants.
Communicating professionally via phone, video calls (Zoom/Teams), and email with hospital staff, charge nurses, and unit leaders Auditing documentation of call-offs, shift requests, and shift pickups within the hospital UKG/Kronos Timekeeping and HRIS system Providing timely and accurate customer service support in a fast-paced environment Using UKG/Kronos Reports to ensure accuracy of schedules Communicating with the hospital leadership teams to ensure RN and nursing assistant staff are appropriately assigned to designated units
Pay Details:
Day shift: $44/hr Night shift: $48/hr Weekend Differential (Sat/Sun): $10/hr Candidates MUST have: At least 5 years of nurse leadership experience (Unit manager, house supervisor, or a very experienced ICU/ED Charge RN) Recent hospital acute care experience Experience working with Microsoft systems required Experience working with UKG/Kronos and/or HRIS platforms highly
