The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising care provided by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and facility standards, guidelines, and regulations.Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and assist with resident assessments and documentation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor or Physician. Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff to ensure quality care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio. Current and valid CPR certificate. Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Compassionate and dependable team player.Benefits:
