Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and progress towards recovery while documenting all findings accurately. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and maintain patient care plans. Prepare and assist with medical procedures and examinations, ensuring a safe and sterile environment. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Advocate for patient needs, concerns, and rights, ensuring the best possible outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times.

Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications:

Current RN licensure in Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
